ABOUT Anxiety

Mental Health is a human right, not a priveledge

There are five main groups of anxiety: general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Anxiety can have a huge impact on our daily lives. It can affect our relationships, employment and social life.

We understand everyone is not the same and every day is not the same. But, lets try to work together to a better and brighter future and set achievable goals.

Common FAQ

We do not prescribe sleeping tablets (zopiclone, zolpidem, temazepam) or anxiolytics (lorazepam, diazepam). There is a lack of overall benefit of taking these medications and is associated with causing more harm. We can explore alternative options to help you overcome sleep or anxiety problems which well help you in the future and less reliant on addictive medication.
